Beef Info and Pricing

At Hidden Blossom Farm, our small herd of cattle is integral to our diversified farm. We're home to 10-15 Hereford cows on average and only butcher 2-3 animals each year. All of our cows are born and raised here at Hidden Blossom Farm in Union, Connecticut. They are all raised on pasture, are grass-fed, and are hormone and pesticide free.

You can purchase our beef at our farm by visiting our farm stand during opening hours or by calling us directly. You can also find our beef at Echo Farm in Woodstock, CT.
